Our history in property dates back to the early 1970's with the development of 50 semi-detached homes providing housing to our local community. The development still stands today and was the start of our journey in the property industry.. Moving on from this we acquired a number of properties throughout the Staffordshire area. 

However back in 2015 I took the move to start my own “small business”. From working behind a bar serving my “future clients” to save money I purchased my first pressure washer from PWS - Precious Washers Stafford Ltd and a few cleaning tools and off I went, cleaning chalet exteriors, patios, decking and much more. From sunshine to rain I battled the Welsh weather along with my dad to get work completed. From cleaning exteriors we moved to cleaning interiors and offering changeover cleaning services. To the point where I had 6 people cleaning to ensure the changeovers were completed. The long hours, family arguments and stress was real. It didn’t come easy…. Until covid put an end to that. 

It made it much worse. Loosing a business overnight was a scary thing! Having to leave behind my passion and decide what to do next left me with many sleepless nights. 

It was here I then started CJE Developments & Property Services Ltd over the past 12 months we have managed to gain national contracts with large blue chip companies, health care providers and Housing Providers. It is not without the hard work of those that have helped me, my original clients in Abersoch, friends and family that made it possible.
