Due to the imposed lockdown from 00:00 CJE Developments & Property Services will be prioritising our services to;

• Reactive Maintenance

• Essential Works

• Cleaning Services

• We will continue to operate throughout the lockdown but there may be delays beyond our control.

• We will only carry out emergency works in properties where any member of the household is Vunerable or in the High Risk category.

• Any arranged dates for quotation visits may be re-scheduled or delayed.

• We will prioritise our services for external and vacant property services.

• Any works that involve entering your property may be re-scheduled.

• Your property must be ventilated prior to us attending.

• We may experience delays in materials and information from our suppliers.
