COVID-19 PRS TENANT INFORMATION

COVID-19 PRIVATE RENTED SECTOR INFORMATION
As part of their ongoing response to the coronavirus pandemic, the Government has now announced a series of temporary reforms to the private rented sector. This is in addition to the ongoing requirements related to individual health. As part of their strategy to limit the spread of the coronavirus the Government is recommending that everyone practice social distancing as far as practical. They are also requiring anyone who develops symptoms of the coronavirus to self-isolate along with anyone they live with.

Both of these practices will have an impact on the way landlords interact with their tenants.
Tenants who face severe financial difficulties during this time may qualify for Universal Credit - Please contact us!
Financial Difficulty

As a responsible managing agent and Landlord, we are contacting all of our tenants on behalf of our landlords to let them know we are here to help. If you are currently experiencing severe financial difficulties due to the Coronavirus Covid-19 outbreak we would like you to make contact with us to ensure we are aware of your current situation and we can then inform your landlord.

Maintenance & Routine Inspections

As a responsible managing agent and Landlord, we have currently suspended all routine inspections. We understand that emergencies and essential maintenance services may still be required. While our maintenance services are currently limited, should you feel that there is an urgent issue then please do contact us immediately.
SELF-ISOLATION & CORONAVIRUS SYMPTOMS

While tenants are responsible for their own health, We advise tenants to keep up to date with the latest advice, including self-isolation, where necessary.
